Whirlpool W10282479 Affresh Dishwasher and Disposal Cleaner Review.
"Cleans like no other -" 2009-12-14
By hippie (WV)
I've tried other dishwasher cleaners and nothing compares to this. You do have to use 2 tablets at a time so this package contains 3 month supply of cleaner and at this price, you can't beat that. This does have a strong citrus smell in the package, but leaves a pleasant hint after use. Will definitely be purchasing again in 3 months.
"clean & fresh" 2010-05-03
By Diart (IA USA)
It's always been an oddity to me that dishwashers that clean our dishes don't clean themselves in the process. Since they don't, this is the next best alternative. I was amazed how much cleaning took place the first time.
"Works better than other products" 2010-01-11
By Jason (Springfield, IL)
I've tried several different products for cleaning the disposal. This is my first product for cleaning the dishwasher. This product worked well for both. My only complaint would be that after using the product, this nice new smell was evident inside the drinking cups after subsequent washings; however, the yucky smell is not. My top preference would be to have the cups free of any odor.
"MSRP = $5.99" 2010-03-16
By Joseph L. Leatherman (Rogers, AR USA)
If the manufacturer's suggested retail price is $5.99 and that's usually double the wholesale price, why is Amazon.com selling it for an outrageously unheard of price of $8.89?
"Very Strong Scent" 2010-06-11
By J. Pettit (Seattle, WA)
I ran my Dishwasher while I was away and didn't know that a sponge had fallen onto the heating element until two days later. The burnt sponge smell was still in my dishwasher even after 3 regular washes. This item seemed to clean my Dishwasher well enough, but it has a very strong Perfume scent. I'm not sure if the burnt smell is gone or if the perfume smell is just masking it.
The instructions say to use 3 tabs (2 in the dishwasher and 1 in the disposal), but I would try using only 1 at first and also make sure that all your windows are open. The perfume smell was still giving me a headache the next morning.

AccuSharp 3036-2024 Knife Sharpener Replacement Blades Review.
"Accu Sharp Replacement Blades" 2009-08-25
By Gwendolyn Norcross (Atlanta)
I purchased the replacement blades with my first of three purchases of the Accu Sharp Knife Sharpener. I have since learned that the blades on the knife sharpener can be removed and turned around with no need for replacement blades and at the low cost of the knife sharpener I will just replace the entire unit.
"Works great!" 2008-12-02
By D. Waite (CA United States)
Very cost effective. Keeps our precious knives working their best. Fairly easy to install; just be sure little ones aren't around at the time. We are very happy with our AccuSharp Knife Sharpener and the replacement blades. We've tried several different types of knife sharpeners and this is definitely our favorite. We love to cook and having sharp knives is very important to the cooking process, so we take this seriously. Highly recommend!

Accu Sharp 060 GardenSharp Tool Sharpener Review.
"Works well on Garden Tools and Lawnmower Blades" 2009-10-14
By J. M. Taylor (Omaha, Nebraska United States)
This is a cheap, simple tool to use, and gives good results. I've used it to sharpen a few clippers, hedge trimmers, and the lawn mower blade on a cordless Black & Decker lawnmower which was pitted and dulled. All tools I used it on seem to perform noticeably better than before.
"Works Fine!" 2009-10-13
By ACE-W (Missouri)
I bought this to sharpen my lawnmower blade and it worked great! For the price it looks like this product will save me much money over the next few years. I thought it works fine!!!
"It works" 2010-02-20
By Jackytar (Baton Rouge)
Worked great on my bypass pruners (large and small) and my grass shears (all Corona drop-forged). My large pruner was very dull after many years of use and the Accu Sharp renewed the blade better than I expected. On the first few passes it actually took off visible little pigtails of metal shavings as it honed the cutting blade to a precise, uniform and shiny-new edge. I can't imagine a professional sharpener doing a better job. I accidentally cut my thumb with a light bump against the sharpened blade! Totally my fault - I wasn't using the accusharp at the time. I held the sharpener at an angle keeping one side of the "V" shaped sharpening notch flat against the flat side of the cutting blade. This was not difficult to do - in fact the Accusharp seemed to "lock in" comfortably at this off-center angle. For the Coronas no dis-assembly was required. I spray the blades with WD40 to maintain the edges between use. I've only sharpened my tools once so far so I can't say how long the Accusharp lasts but at this price you can buy two. I'm here to buy my "back-up" now. The kitchen version of this tool has replaceable blades but I haven't seen them for the garden version.
"Great product!" 2009-03-01
By P. Carter (St. Petersburg, FL)
I can't believe I haven't seen this product before. The only problem is when the blade is too thick, but just rotate the sharpener off of vertical and voila!!!
"kumquat" 2010-01-17
By J. Wong (Northridge,Calif.)
I tried to an item to sharping my gardening tools for many years. They have a corona one that does not work well until Accusharp. This item does the job. No grips but the refill cost as much as the item. Highly recommend for garden tools.

"Just what I needed" 2009-10-19

I bought the 7 pack first to make sure this is what I wanted and needed. I then bought two boxes of the 60 pack. Just perfect!
"Better quality and less expensive than local retail" 2009-11-13
By Daniel R. Cocozza
These bags fit all 15" trash compactors. They are strong and well-made. I could not find a comparable product at any local retailer. Once again, Amazon came to the rescue.
"Great Bags" 2010-05-11
By George W. Rivers (Greensboro, GA, US)
These bags have pre-punched holes in the sides to fit over the knobs on the outside of our compactor. This makes it almost impossible for the bags to slip off the sides of the compactor and collapse inside.
"Same Bag That Came With the Compactor" 2010-04-20
By L. Steven Holmes (Deer Park, WA USA)
I was worried that these where an off brand trash bag. They are not. These trash bags are the same bags that are shipped with the compactor. Just what I was looking for.
"SAVE MONEY" 2010-03-22

They are trash compactor bags, alright. It's the price. You will not find a better one anywhere else. Thanx Jeff Bezos for bringing Amazon.com into my life

Weber Style 6435 Professional Grade Grill Pan Review.
"Works Great!" 2008-06-01
By Sara Chronister (Huntertown, IN)
This pan saved our grill! We have a low-end gas grill that was given to me and my husband as a Christmas gift. No matter what settings we tried it would either burn the food or leave it raw. With this pan, we can turn the heat up to where it should be and the food doesn't burn! The only downside is that it is a bear to clean. Other people have recommended Easy Oven Off but I haven't tried that yet.
"Best grill pan" 2009-12-09
By A. D. Oltmann
This received top ratings from America's Test Kitchen (Cooking Illustrated & Cook's Kitchen). I was skeptical because I have tried about a dozen different grill pans in the 18 months, but none have really worked. This is the best I have used yet.
One was a square-ish pan and the corners snapped and became unusable. A common problem with many pans; they are welded and not stamped or folded. The welds usually break due to the high heat in the grill.
My old favorite is a bowl style; it's decent, but the problem is the top is bigger than the bottom so there is not a lot of actual grilling space. As a result you either have steamed veggies or you have to keep stirring.
The biggest complaint I have about most grill pans is the holes. Either they are too big and things like cherry tomatoes and sliced onions fall through, or the holes are too small. Small holes have many problems: difficult to clean, too many and the food gets too charred, too many holes and the metal separating the holes breaks...etc.
This pan is the best pan I have used yet. It it made of one piece with NO welds; the sides are bent up to create a lip and give the user an edge to flip and turn food. Also, the holes are not actually holes, they are slits. This means that one does not have to worry about food slipping through the spaces; from time to time sliced onions get stuck, but not really a BIG deal. It works great for Portabella mushrooms though it is not just for veggies, it's great for fish. Another big seller is that this is stainless and easy-ish to clean. It's not going to be non-stick easy to clean, you will have to scrub, but with a Brillo pad and elbow grease it's not a big deal.
The only complaint I have is the size. I have a two burner grill (unless I can talk my wife into getting a new grill next summer) and the pan can be a little too big for this type of grill. This "complaint" is not that big of a complaint since I usually don't do veggies at the same time as the meat.
If Weber updates this pan, I would recommend making it available in a smaller size and upgrading the metal; it's a little light weight. It's not bad, a little more heft would be nice.
If you have a grilling fanatic in your family (even if it's you) then buy this pan. It's great! You won't be disappointed. Get this pan.
"Weber Style 6435 Professional Grade Grill Pan" 2009-06-06
By Terry Gruggen (Bloomington, MN USA)
Best grill pan ever. Raised edges keep everything in the pan. Small openings in the bottom of the pan makes certain that nothing falls through. Big handles make it easy to move around the grill. I've been grilling for 37 years and this is the best grill pan I have ever used.

Testers' Comments
This sturdy pan was well designed, with 1/8-inch slits rather than holes, so that even chopped onion pieces didn't fall through. Its four raised sides kept food on the pan when we stirred; raised handles helped us lift it off the grill easily with heavy mitts. Good heat retention meant good browning.

"super help for grilling" 2009-06-27
By Mary Anne Kadosh (los angeles, ca)
I read a description of this product in a cooking magazine and decided to order it. When grilling things, my fish and my vegetables stuck to the grill and often fell through. I had purchased an enameled try, but things stuck to it, too.
Last night I used these for the first time. I made baby squash and corn on the cobb. I did oil the pans before use. Nothing stuck to them, and the vegetables came out perfect. The raised edges at the side keep the food from sliding off. My family finished them off, even though I had cooked enough for an army.
I am going to use this product every time I grill. And since I live in California, it means that I will use it most of the year.
