Smith Abrasives CCKS 2-Step Knife Sharpener Review.
"Puts a Sharp Edge on Any BLade" 2005-10-13
By James Koenig (Minnesota)
This product will put a quick edge on any knife, large or small. Simply draw the angled (paired) sharpening stones over your blade, and presto - you have an edge, and a pretty good one too. Best of all, the sharpener is very portable, weighs less than nothing, and fits into backpacks, fishing tackle boxes, hunting fanny pack, etc. with no added weight or bulk.
The edge that this sharpener puts on a blade is a great starting point for further honing of the blade to razor sharpness if desired.
I have several of these sharpeners. The only drawback is that the sharpening stones wear out after perhaps 6 - 10 sharpenings. But under 5 bucks a unit, this is a bargain.

solid little sharpener - works great on my pocket knife and small kitchen knives
"Smith's Knife sharpener" 2008-03-27
By CharLee Brown (fort mill, sc)
Putting an extremely sharp edge on a knife has never been easier. Call me all thumbs when it comes to sharpening knives. In the past I would rather buy a new knife than to sharpen one since I could never seem to get a sharp edge on it. Within 30 minutes after receiving this sharpener, we went from having 10 dull edged knives to ones that are extremely sharp. The sharpener is worth much more than it cost.
"Fantastic sharpner" 2009-02-27
By C. Lee (SF, CA.)
Sharpener is same as Wusthof model @6.99. Sharpened knives that I couldn't with all my other sharpners, including my can opener sharpener wheel. Worth getting.
"Fantastic" 2009-04-24
By Mrs. S.
I cannot believe how great this little gadget works! My knives are incredibly sharp at all times thanks to this easy-to-use product. I don't have room (or even want) a big clunky sharpener. This fits into the front of my knife drawer and does a BIG job. Everything from my paring knife to my carving knife is always sharp and ready to go.

Chef Works F8 Butcher Apron, 34-Inch Length by 24-Inch Width, White Review.
"Perfect!!!!" 2009-12-09
By Trouble (Columbia, SC USA)
I was scepical about the combination of white fabric and Food stains. It turned out to be okay. You wash it in your normal wash put it in the dryer. Take it out of the dryer and it looks like new. Does not even need ironing. Fits very well too. The best apron I ever had.
"LOVE IT!!" 2010-01-06
By HUGGIE (CRYSTAL BAY, NV United States)
I GOT THIS IN BLACK. BE SURE TO SET THE COLOR WITH WATER AND VINEGAR TO KEEP IT FROM RUNNING. IT WASHES UP LIKE AN OLD RAG AND COMES OUT LIKE BRAND NEW. NOT A WRINKLE TO BE FOUND! I LOVE THE LONG WAIST STRAPS SO I CAN TIE IT IN THE FRONT AND STICK A DISHTOWEL IN IT FOR EASY WIPING OF THE HANDS BUT I'M A SIZE 6 SO IF YOU ARE A SIZE 12 OR MORE IT MIGHT NOT DOUBLE AROUND FOR YOU.

LOVE IT!!!
READ OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASE.
FIT WAS PERFECT AND FOR THE FIRST/LAST TIME I WASN'T MESSY.
WAS AFRAID IT WOULD LOSE "FORM" AFTER WASHING, BUT I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH OUTCOME (wash medium/light cycle).

This is a very good apron. It feels good, it looks good, and I'm pretty sure it will keep food off your clothes if you make a mess.

It is a good size for a sloppy baker. I have less flour and stuff on my clothes now. Feels well made. I haven't washed it yet -- so I don't know how it holds up that way.

DMT Crystal Saver- Diamond File Review.
"Crystal Saver/grind & smooth chipped glass edges" 2007-05-30
By oldexmaslover
Great item - works very well. I'm already smoothing chipped edges for friends' glassware & crystal since I finished repairing all of mine. This item will make your glassware usable so that you don't worry about cuts on fingers & lips! Highly recommend!
"Cheap solution for beloved glass" 2008-07-26
By Securis (Indianapolis, IN United States)
I have a pint glass I bought on vacation which got chipped somehow. I bought this file and wore the sharp chipped edges of the glass down, and though there's a small dip around the glass's rim from filing, the glass is smooth and usable. Much better than having to throw it away! I recommend this item.
"another green tool for savings" 2010-01-02
By Ondine Marie (California)
I have owned this file for 15 years now and have used it many times. I was washing the dinner dishes now, and found a chip on a greenware plate. I pulled out the file and filed out the chip and the area is now nice and smooth and the plate is still beautiful and usable. I love it. I think of all of the glasses and dishes I had to discard throughout the years prior to purchasing this file and then I think of all of the dishes and glassware I was able to rescue from the discard pile since. When you think about it, it's saving money, the item, energy and time to go out and buy new items, energy and resources for the manufacture of new items. If we all had and used this item, as a collective, this would save a lot of all the aforementioned. It sounds like a small thing to some, but it isn't. And, if you don't believe in the Green Movement, and even if there weren't or isn't Global Warming, we are running out of resources and can look at it all another way...like face up to our possible extinction. And, it's a good idea not to violate your own hard earned cash efforts by saving what you can.
"works as advertised. great crystal file" 2008-12-29
By Seattle Slim (Seattle, Wa)
If you need to file down chipped crystal - this is the only tool I can recommend. Great purchase.
"Works Fine" 2008-04-30
By Agatha (So. California)
This file does the job quickly and easily. However, it does not POLISH the newly-ground edges -- it just smooths them -- so the repaired areas of crystal will have a dull, milky finish.

DMT W6EP 6-Inch Diamond Whetstone Sharpener - Extra-Fine With Plastic Box Review.
"DMT Whetstone (Extra Fine Grit) AWESOME!!!" 2009-12-28
By K. Skinner (California)
I went out on a limb and purchased this whetstone (along with the DMT Fine Grit Whetstone) based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews I read on Amazon. I was skeptical at first based on price as it's not the cheapest stone on the market. However, my doubts were quickly put to rest when I received it.
I tore open the package like a kid opening a gift on Christmas and immediately went to work on my mom's dull kitchen knives. After a few passes with the fine grit, I used this stone for a finishing edge. WOW! By following the simple directions, I resharpened every knife in my mom's knife block (9 knives of assorted sizes) in less than 20 minutes with a razor-sharp edge. And, I mean razor-sharp. In fact, I put such a sharp edge on these previously worthless knives that I inadvertently shredded a dish-scrubber-thingy while washing one of them without even noticing.
This product definitely works as advertised. This stone is easy to use, stable and compact. Plus, it doesn't wear out after 20 passes like some other diamond carbide sharpeners. It's money well spent.
If you were on the fence about getting this stone, don't hesitate - just get it. I'd even recommend getting this stone along with the fine grit (at a minimum). You won't be sorry.
"BEST BUY" 2009-09-12
By S. MARKS (WASHINGTON D.C.)
This is the SAME Extra Fine whetstone from DMT as the W6E except it has a Plastic bpox in lieu of wood for $17 less. Nothing can match it's Excellence in final sharpening of a fine knife to a razor edge.DMT W6EP 6-Inch Diamond Tabletop Whetstone, Extra Fine Grit
"fast cutting whetstone" 2009-12-30
By R. Nakayama
Bought x-course, course, fine and x-fine. Very fast cutting and easy to obtain new cutting edge. Use very fine oil stone if you want a polished razor edge. These whetstones are not one solid surface but rather like a peg board. Cutting of edge is fast so take it easy with the course 'stones'.
"I'm happy with this product." 2010-01-17
By Henry Succop (Miami, FL USA)
The perforated surface of this DMT Whetstone works very well in allowing the user to just use water when sharpening instead of oil. It keeps the surface wet and the holes trap the metal filings from the knife.
This stone does need to be broken in a bit when new. My knife blades tended to catch on the holes slightly at first but after I spent some time sharpening a number of knives this no longer happens.
If you already have a coarser sharpening stone then the W6EP (Extra Fine) would be a good complement but I would not recommend this stone as your only sharpening stone because it is so fine. In fact I am going to purchase the other DMT stone that is one up in coarse grade, the W6FP (Fine).
"Excellent "stone" for kitchen knives" 2010-01-18
By G. Powell (Seattle, WA USA)
I already own the DMT FWF Diafold Diamond Whetstone Sharpener Fine which is a great place to start with a very dull knife. But it's a little course for everyday sharpening. If you do the finish honing with this extra fine stone and a couple of strokes on a steel and your kitchen knives will be really, really sharp! In fact the first time using a resharpened knife my wife went right through a lemon and nicked her finger. I had warned her but it's been a long time since I've had a decent whetstone so the knives had languished a bit and were not as sharp as they should have been in a long while.
The plastic box it comes in is pretty useless. I suppose you could screw it to a workbench, but I don't have the space for that in my shop area. I do use it for storage.
Why buy a tabletop stone vs the folding version? Well the folding version is nice but the hinges are a bit flimsy and so it bends a bit toward the end of the stone. It's easier to use this larger block even if you have to hold it down at one end to the counter while honing. The diafold versions are nice for camping where you have to carry stuff, but the tabletop versions are much easier to use in the shop or kitchen with your big chef's knives.

Broan BPSF30 Non-Ducted Filter Set for 30-Inch Allure, 2-Pack Review.
"Broan BPSF30-Charcoal Non-ducted Filters" 2009-11-21
By Meidego
They DO fit the Broan Allure QS1 series of range hoods. These filter inserts are smaller than the external aluminum screens that come with the range hood because they are used BEHIND the aluminum screens as an addition. They fit inside the frame of the aluminum screens and have clips to hold them there. These filters came with very clear instructions on how to install them and it is very easy. They work well, but keep in mind, this is non ducted, so all they can do is remove the particulate matter. It definitely helps with grease and smoke while cooking.
I highly recommend this product and this seller ([....]). Super fast delivery!!

"Wrong thing" 2010-05-11
By Thomas Szostak (ME)
This was one of my first purchases from Amazon and I misunderstood the suggestion to buy this with a Broan range hood. I purchased it because I thought I needed it. But it did not even fit the unit that it was suggested for. I returned with no problems. And purchased the correct filter locally.
"BEWARE - This filter does NOT fit a Broan Allure QS1 range hood" 2009-05-11
By SamOfSiam
I purchased this filter to replace my Broan Allure QS1 filters. This filter is too small for the QS1. The dimensions of the QS1 filter is 14 1/4" x 11 3/4" x 3/4". This filter is roughly 12 1/2" x 10 3/4 x 3/4"

Chef Works CHAT Chef Hat, White Review.
"Very nice quality." 2010-03-01
By E. Napoleon (usa)
We needed a chef's hat for a school play. We had a cheap paper one and realized it wouldn't make it through practices and performances so I bought this one. I ended up throwing it into the washer every night because the actors had to wear makeup. It came out beautifully and since my son likes to cook he has a great hat to use at home. It is also velcro adjustable so can be made to fit. Did I mention it had to go back and forth to school in a backpack for a month?!
"The real deal." 2010-03-26
By Kurt Freund (Loveland, CO)
My wife and I take turns cooking, so I thought I'd surprise her with a chef hat and apron. This hat is the real thing, looks great, and adjusts easily to my giant head. I'm very pleased with it. (And my wife loves it.)

Indoor Hose Review.
"I love it and my Dog loves it!" 2009-07-26
By Rosemarie (New Jersey)
I have a hairy dog and he needed a bath and I didn't want to make another mess in my tub. I bought this and at first it didn't fit my Meon kitchen faucet.
I went to the hardware store and bought another adapter (it comes with one adapter) and crossed my fingers.
It worked and it worked great! My dog loved his bath on the deck and actually stood still for it.
One word of caution which might be the problem with some of you. Turn the water on very low it does make a very hard stream which is probably why some are experiencing leaking. It is not high tech just a nice little hose,it does not take alot of water to make a strong stream.
I washed the dog then watered my plants I can't complain.
I will never have a dirty dog again.
"Indoor Hose" 2009-05-28
By Shirley Carr (Jefferson City, Tn.)
I love this hose! Watering my flower garden is so much easier now! Strong water pressure. My son even washed his car with it! Love it! Fast shipping! Good seller!
"very pleased" 2009-06-09
By Ivonne T. Suarez
for the price I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked out for me. After tightening the spray, it worked very well. Long enough hose while attached to kitchen sink to water all my plants on apt porch and wash down the porch floor. I'm thinking about using it to give my 4 cats a nice shower too!
"indoor hose" 2009-09-11
By Kathleen Armstrong
I love it. I use it for my hanging plants outside and it work great. The Long hose let you take it everywhere.
"INDOOR HOSE WONDER" 2010-01-16
By LADY E (TAMPABAY, FL, USA)
INDOOR HOSE The INDOOR HOSE works great in apartments, on patios, and on balconies, but you will need a faucet to hose adapter. The INDOOR HOSE also works well for making those weekly to monthly waters changes in an aquarium. The length of the hose allows me to water all the houseplants in my place.
My purchase of the INDOOR HOSE was one of my smartest buys of the year. I wish I could give the INDOOR HOSE six stars.

DMT DS2F 12-Inch Diamond Steel Sharpening Rod, Fine Grit Review.
"Excellent product" 2008-05-27
By Thomas F. White (San Francisco, Ca USA)
Will sharpen quickly and efficiently, however in the wrong hands can just as quickly ruin an edge.
"Solid and Commercial Grade" 2008-08-15
By Kubes (United States)
This is not a flimsy kitchen store tool. It is very solid, commercial grade kitchen tool. Besides fitting my hand very well, I appreciate the steel/ diamond composite material the steel is made of. I have ordered several styles of DMT steels and have been very happy with the quality product that they provide.
"Just as advertised" 2010-02-13
By Eunice Kimball (North of Seattle)
I bought this for my husband, who is a chef, for Christmas and he is very impressed with it. I wasn't sure if it would be good enough for him, but he says it does just what he wants and is just as good as much more expensive sharpeners.
"Sharpening Rod" 2010-03-01
By J. Kozik (Atlanta, GA)
Ordered this sharpening rod as a Christmas gift per my spouse's request. We've since used it many times - and it works great. Our various kitchen knives now slice like new. All the complaints about dull cutlery have ended.
This 12" rod has good heft to it, the handle grip feels good, and the non-mar tip lets you rest it on the countertop without fear of marking the surface. A few swipes down the rod and the knife has a nice, sharp edge.
We're very pleased with the quality of this DMT product.
"I'm hoping to keep a better "edge" on my knives." 2010-04-15

Smith's DFPK Diamond Precision Knife Sharpening Kit Review.
"Very good sharpener" 2009-11-17
By L. Ballard (Utah)
I started with an old Chicago cutlery chefs knife that I'd given up on. After running it through the 3 cycles it was restored to good use. You can buy cheaper and easier to use sharpeners but none that will give you a perfect result every time. This system holds the blade at a constant angle eliminating human error. There is a setting for kitchen knives and one for outdoor/hunting knives. It even has a stone for serrated edges. Now I use it on my expensive Japanese knives and they stay razor sharp.
"Works very well" 2010-03-03
By Barry L. Miracle (Mpls., MN USA)
I have been sharpening knives with combination of by hand and using one of the sharpeners where you swipe the knife through them. In general, the results have been pretty unsatisfying. I was not sure about this kit, but I really wanted to get some sharper knives. This kit did a great job on the knives for non-serrated blades.
The process is that you attach the clamp to the back of the blade and screw one of the hooked rods into the end of the sharpening stone. Then the hooked rod holds the angle of the sharpening stone and blade constant as you sharpen the knife. I actually found sharpening to go pretty quickly and by holding the angle constant, the knives ended up quite sharp.
The stones are about as small as they could be and sharpen the knives, but they are adequate. The kit does nothing to make sharpening safe, so you are still responsible for not getting cut.
I played around with sharpening some serrated knives, but this was going to be pretty difficult as the angles of the clamp and sharpener don't always work out so you have to play around to get the angles right. There are probably better ways to sharpen serrated blades. The system was not compatible with several serrated knives that I have.
Overall it is a very cost effective sharpening system.
"Great buy!" 2010-01-02
By M. Rubright
I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend, who loves knives. I know nothing about them, so I stressed over how to purchase the correct kind of kit for his needs. The reviews on this set were great and I went for it. Success! He loves that the set sharpens all kinds of knives, even serrated blades. He has had a great time sharpening his whole collection and has told me several times it is super easy to use.

Whirlpool 4396923RW Porcelain Broiler Pan and Grid Review.
"pleased" 2009-08-20
By F. Dishner (Graham, NC)
I am very pleased with the broiler pan and grid. It arrived promptly. It was a great value too.
"porcelain broiler pan" 2010-03-08
By M. Lombardo (CORAM, NY, US)
The broiler pan works great but even more important, the clean up is a breeze. I was looking for something that had easy clean-up without the usual non-stick coating (which can't be too good for you no matter what they claim). Very happy.
"Just what I wanted!" 2009-12-07
By Linda F (Simpsonville, SC)
This broiler pan was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased...it does what I need it to do!
"good standard broiler pan" 2010-01-07
By J. Kahil (W. Shokan, NY)
Well made and sturdy, this pan is just like the one they usually package with new stoves. For some reason my mom's new stove didn't come with it! One more place companies can save money I guess. Spray with cooking spray before cooking and food won't stick to it. This pan is way better than trying to broil on a cookie sheet! It won't warp and the fat drips down into the bottom.
"Perfection" 2010-03-12
By JJ (Michigan)
This product is exactly what I wanted.
1) exceptional high quality;
2) small size that easily fits in the sink for cleaning.
I have a larger broiler pan that came with our stove but it's so difficult to clean because the unit will not fit entirely in the sink. If someone feels they still need a larger pan, they may want to consider just buying two of this smaller sized broiler pan to make up the difference.

DMT W6FP 6-Inch Diamond Whetstone Sharpener - Fine With Plastic Box Review.
"Fast and Uniform" 2009-11-03
By Richard Wong (Ewing, NJ United States)
I sharpen my kitchen cutleries by hand using this DMT diamond stone and a Japanese combination water stone: Woodstock D1130 1000 Grit and 6000 Grit Japanese Waterstone. Despite this is called a "fine" grit stone, it is plenty aggressive to sharpen a typical kitchen knife. My friend has a chef's knife which had a broken tip (~1/4") and a chipped edge, and I was able to restore the tip and the edge by using this "fine" stone. The DMT diamond stones need a small amount of water during sharpening. It is to help prevent metal fines from sticking to the sharpening surface. In my opinion, water lubricant stones are superior to oil assisted stones for two reasons. First, it is easy to apply water and to clean up afterward. Second, water is less slippy than oil and therefore it is safer to sharpen a knife with wet hands than oiled hands. DMT makes interrupted surface and continuous surface diamond stones. This belongs to the former. For most applications, the interrupted surface is slightly superior because it allows metal fines to fall into the slightly recessed area and remains out of the sharpening surface. This allows greater sharpening performance by reducing the frequency of washing and removing the metal fines from the surface. However, if your tools have very small blades, then they will get caught in the recessed area. You will need a continuous surface diamond stone for these small blade tools. I have upload a closeup customer picture of the diamond stone. The stone is 6" X 2", adequate for most kitchen knives, though a wider one would be nicer. The receded red dot areas are 1/8" in diameter. In my experience, your blade needs to be at least 1" in length to comfortably take advantage of the interrupted surface.
I bought this DMT fine diamond stone for $35. I find this diamond stone to be very versatile. It cut fast and uniform, and yet gives you full control of the sharpening process unlike a grinding wheel. The DMT grinding surface is extremely flat, so I also use it to flatten my Japanese water stones. If you have never used a diamond stone, then you will be surprised how fast this stone can cut/grind. I certainly was. I have an aluminum oxide oil stone and I have to push my knives downward at the stone to sharpen them. Whereas I simply slide my knives back and forth on this diamond stone. This saves time, energy and improve sharpening results. Frankly, it is probably safer too. Because the diamond stones cut faster than other stones, I like to suggest new users to check on their progress a bit more often and also apply less force downward at the whetstone.
Despite this DMT stone is advertised as fine grit, the grit size is 600 (25 microns) which is too coarse to be a finishing stone for knives. Knife edges ground by this diamond stone should be polished on finer stones.
Assuming you are into sharpening your knives or tools, I highly recommend this or one of the other diamond stones. You won't regret getting a DMT diamond stone.
*Updated on Dec 27 2009*
Yesterday, I noticed my Shun bread knife has two very tiny but visible chips, not quiet sure where they come about. I put it on this diamond stone and it managed to grind out the chipped area. I then finished it on my 1000 and 6000 grit water stones. This DMT diamond stone is not only able to restore my friend's damaged budget knife, but it also worked for a VG-10 core Shun knife.
*Update on Mar 02, 2010*
I bought the DMT W6XP 6" Diamond Whetstone Sharpener - Extra-Coarse With Plastic Box for knife reprofiling. The extra coarse stone makes reprofiling an knife edge/bevel very easy. However, for regular knife maintaince, this fine DMT stone is probably more suitable.
*Update on Jun 08, 2010*
I have retired my Woodstock Japanese waterstone for a couple of months because it is essentially worn out. I have since bought Naniwa Super waterstones for replacement. Nevertheless, I am still using the DMT diamond stone and it is part of my setup. It seems to be running strong.
"EXCELLENT SHARPENING/WHETSTONE" 2009-09-12
By S. MARKS (WASHINGTON D.C.)
I have nothng but PRAISE for this product. Don't look at something else, just buy it! Use the Fine for the initial sharpening (a perfect job for the average knife) and consider buying the Extra Fine for that razor edge!
"Perfect" 2009-10-05
By Mark in Pa. (USA)
I am a collecter and do buy some used knifes from time to time for my personal collection and dress them with this stone. I can put a "razor edge" on an older "somewhat used" knife as long as the blade is not damaged, without loosing the value of the knife.
Just buy it.
"Fabulous Sharpener" 2010-03-30
By Gordon Allen (Springville, Utah)
After reading the many positive reviews on this sharpener, I finally purchased the Fine and Extra Fine units from Amazon. As usual, Amazon's service was exceptional. These sharpeners come with great directions. The devices are easy to use - just a few sprinkles of water and all is well. Our kitchen knives are like new. I have a large Henkels Chef's Knife I use for chopping onions. After sharpening it on the Fine and Extra Fine devices, that Chef's Knife is fabulous. I am very pleased with the ease of use of these DMT sharpeners and recommend them to those who want a simple but effective way to keep their blades sharp.
"Factory Sharp" 2010-03-27
By Retired Guy (Naples, Florida)
I have owned an array of knife sharpeners, cheap and expensive. Some results were good, some poor and others just ok. I had used oil stones previously with mixed results and electric well rated models that sometimes seemed more damaging then sharpening....to be honest I was gun shy and reluctant to spend more money on sharpening products. The only solution seemed to be to have them done professionaly.
Before I ordered this stone I went to You Tube (now remember I am a retired male who just had his 70th birthday) You Tube is not somewhere I frequent often. However after watching a few videos demonstrating this stone and sharpening technique, I said to myself I can do that. I ordered this stone and when it arrived I practiced on some old pocket knives with fantastic results. I then moved on to my kitchen cutlery with the same satisfaction.
However when it came to my very expensive Shun Japenese knives I was reluctant to proceed. My hands would actually shake when I attempted to try. Well I practiced some more on my friends knives and after receiving so many compliments I mustered up the courage to go ahead. Well the results were amazing.
I have since purchased the DMT exra fine and a Naniwa Japenese Super Stone 5000 Grit that I use with a stropping technique that puts a long lasting polished edge on my knives that seems to make them just glide through food and vegetables effortlessly.
If your knives aren't extremely dull and damaged and you only want to purchase one stone..........this is it believe me. It is a fast easily learned no mess way to keep your knives so sharp you will look forward to using them.

Great product, great price, great delivery / service. Just too bad the dishwasher didn't last more than two weeks after delivery. Oh well, works great to hold six cold ones for transfer from house to patio fridge...
"Does Its Job" 2010-06-13
By JM (Boston, MA)
I recently moved into a new apartment and the silverware basket for the dishwasher was missing so I ordered this one online. The dimensions are 8.5" (length) x 7" (width) and 8" (height, including handle). If this matters to you, the color is not white, but rather a light gray color. Also, while the description for this product says there is a hinged cover for smaller items, mine didn't include it. This isn't a big deal to me and on the whole this basket does exactly what I needed it to do. I have used it for almost three months now with no complaints.

InSinkErator DWC-00 Dishwasher Connector Kit Review.
"It works." 2007-09-26

You'll need a hacksaw (to trim off the excess part of the connector) and channel lock pliers (to squeeze the pictured clamps). Once I got the clamp on the connector, which was tricky, the connector is solid.
"You might not need this" 2009-04-18
By M. K. (Plano, TX)
I gave the product five stars because I'm sure it does exactly what it is meant to do.
However, you might not need this. I bought it knowing that my dishwasher hose is 5/8" and the InSinkErator 74029 Essential Evolution Household Food Waste Disposer, Gray has a larger intake. The plumber who installed the faucet, sink, and disposal was aware I had this kit but instead he cut an existing piece of rubber tubing and used it to bridge the difference in size. He probably thought I could take this back to the local hardware store and get my money back.
That solution has proven water tight, so if you are not picky about the visual appearance you can probably get by with a similar approach.
"It's InSinkErator...." 2009-06-19
By Jewelry Lover (Denver, CO)
This works great with any InSinkErator disposal. If you replace the garbage disposal and find you can use your old connector, it's returnable to Home Dep. If you want everything new, buy this and don't forget to buy the InSinkErator power cord for your new garbage disposal. The unit does not come with EITHER of these items...

Weber 6419 6-1/2-Inch Digital Pocket Thermometer Review.
"Never worry about over/under cooking again" 2010-06-09
By Michael Sean Kelly (Doniphan, MO USA)
Great product. I love it. I used to over cook or under cook my foods all the time and with this product I now have control over my meat temperatures and now cook excellent juicy meats every time. Highly recommended.
"Nice Probe" 2009-03-31
By C. Glenn (So. California)
I actually got this to measure the temperature of the water in my kettle for making coffee and tea. I drilled a small hole in the lid of the kettle and insert the probe, which reaches down into the water. It works well and seems to be accurate and stable. Just what I was looking for.
"Nice item!" 2008-07-20

Everything I expected from Weber! I own a Weber Performer with One-Touch as well as a Weber Q220 Q-Grill, and many Weber accessories for both. I have yet to be disappointed.

Excellent quality as are all Weber products I've used. I wish the response time was a bit faster for this thermometer which would be very helpful when checking thinner items like ground meat patties.
"Great Probe" 2009-01-30
By D. Hardingham (tampa fl)
every hole you poke in a piece of meat will relese the jucies so why to you want big probes or worse a pair of them each time you want to test the temp od a piece of meat which is why I bought this slender thermometer.
the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the disk battery I do not understand why can not anyone make a slender probe that can use green AAA recharagable batterys
